Bioplastics are environmental friendly plastics made from renewable raw materials such as starch or sugar. The company has developed technology, product R&D, market and network of clienteles. The company export products worldwide to countries like Japan, Korea, China, EU, The Americas, Scandinavia, South Africa and Australia, New Zealand.

After many years in the business, the owners wish to take retirement and transfer the business to interested parties who want to enter or expand into the bioplastic business.

1. Package – Business entity packageThis package includes all non-hardware items required to continue to operate the business. Among them are:

• All business licences for manufacturing, trading, exportation of bioplastic products• All Thailand Board of Investment's privileges, such as, income tax exemption, shareholders dividend tax exemption, visa and work permits for foreigners, eligibility to nominate foreigners for LTRV (10 years Long Term Residence Visa and 17% cap on income tax).• All intellectual properties owned or shared by the company• All certifications, membership, awards, goodwill belong to the company or products.• Whatever not specified here but are necessary for continuing the business legally

• All machineries, accessories, molds, dies, tools, spare parts required to produce bioplastic products• All softwares, required for production, quality control, maintenance of bioplastic products• All remaining stocks of raw materials, finished products, supplementary materials• All processing technology, formulations, tricks of the trade, required for production of international standard bioplastic products.• Whatever not specified but are necessary for manufacturing

3. Package – Business consulting servicesThis package is intended to transfer 20 years of hard-earned experience to new owner. It's intention is to guide the new business owner on the success track, to avoid trial and error, to identify new opportunities.

In this package, the present owner will offer 2 years of consulting services to new owner, and provide the following services:• All clientele networks, distributors, retailers, markets information• All existing and potential buyers of bioplastic products in Asia, Europe, Americas, Australia/New Zealand, Africa• All new customers/ new opportunities / business diversification for business growth.• Develop markets for TPS in agricultural applications, establish cooperation with Min. of Agricultures to expand the use of TPS products in organic farms.• Regulatory related to product carbon emission, CBAM, carbon credit trade, etc.• All suppliers of raw materials and auxiliary materials• Develop business plan for short and medium terms• Develop strategy plan for business expansion• Give counselling to team to undertake the business plan• Whatever not specified but will enhance the capability of new owner

4. Package – Bangkok factory, office and warehousing facilitiesThese facilities are the present business location in Bangkok. It includes:• Total land area 1582 sq. M• 2 Floors home office, 100 sq. M, can be both home and office• Factory and warehouse 1,000 sq. M• Car park suitable for delivery trucks• Good road accessibility, no flood• Could be used as distribution center

5. Package – Rayong land and factoryThis facility is located in Rayong province, in the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) promoted zone. It includes:• Land area 40,800 sq.M (80 M. wide x 520 M long)• Factory building 2,000 sq. M (40 M wide x 50 M long, Height 11 M)• Suitable for light industry and warehousing• Good road access to ports and airports• Good infrastructure, electricity, water, telecommunication• Near many industrial estates• Land in EEC can be legally leased to foreigner for 99 years (practically purchased)• Under new investment law it is possible for foreign investors to obtain 10 years visa and income tax capped at 17% (Long Term Residence Visa-LTRV Act 2025)
